No massage is alike because no body is alike.
When you book, just pick your duration. On the day of your appointment, we’ll tailor it to exactly what your body needs that day.

Body massage
Head-to-toe relaxation. We focus on all your major superficial muscles: back, glutes, legs, feet, belly, arms, chest, shoulders, neck, face, and head. Everything’s optional: tell me where to focus, and we’ll spend more time there.
Durations: 1 hr, 1½ hrs or 2 hrs

Back, neck & shoulders
The classic choice, and with good reason! We target the spots that hold the most tension: back, chest, shoulders, and neck. If you’re glued to a screen, carrying a baby, nursing, or doing physical work, this one’s for you.
Durations: 30 min or 1 hr

Star massage (head, hands, feet)
Small zones, big relaxation. We zero in on your head, face, hands, and feet: those nerve-packed areas that work hard all day. You stay fully clothed for this one.
Duration: 30 min

Leg massage
Get your bounce back. We concentrate on your legs and feet. Perfect after a long day on your feet, a workout, or that heavy-legs feeling. Your feet will thank you; so will your whole body.
Duration: 30 min

Trigger points
We target those stubborn tension microzones in your muscles which may limit your range of motion and cause local or referred pain. By holding pressure on these specific points for 30 seconds to 3 minutes, we release deep-seated tension.
Durations: 30 min or 1 hr

Clothed massage
Fully clothed, no oil. Perfect if you’d rather keep your clothes on or prefer firmer pressure. We use only static pressure, tapping, and shaking—no gliding movements.
Duration: 30 min

Pregnancy massage
Massage is wonderful during pregnancy (unless your doctor says otherwise). All movements and positions adapt to your changing body. Special cushions keep you comfortable and your belly stays untouched. Best from the second trimester onward.
Durations: 30 min, 1 hr ou 1½ hrs
The times listed are your actual massage time. Budget about 10 extra minutes for checking in and settling in.
Important note: These services are wellness-focused, not therapeutic. They don’t replace medical massage therapy from physiotherapists or any medical treatment.
